Teresa Allen MFT (MFC 39878) has been in her Oakland, California private psychotherapy practice since 2005. She has worked with persons recovering from abuse, childhood trauma, military service-related trauma, and chemical dependency. Her practice includes individuals with highly-dissociative disorders. She has also worked as a therapist for six years at New Bridge Foundation in Berkeley, a residential recovery center for addicts and alcoholics, and has used EMDR effectively with clients recovering from addiction.
